Welcome to Ritika Seeds.

You grow.Your Parenting Shifts.

A space to grow as a person through the lens of parenting.

Ritika smiling beside an antique gold mirror

Parenting isn't about getting everything right.

It's about learning to trust ourselves and our children as we grow together.

We don't have to have all the answers, control every outcome or know exactly how their journey will unfold.

Yet, so often, our own beliefs, fears and expectations shape how we show up as parents. They influence what we worry about, what we try to control and what we expect of ourselves and our children.

When we begin to understand what's driving us, we create space to see things differently. And with that awareness comes the possibility of parenting differently.

Because parenting isn't just about raising our children.

It's also about who we become while raising them.

The Philosophy

When you grow, something shifts.

Ritika hugging her two sons

I believe parenting is one of the most powerful opportunities we have for personal growth.

Our children can become our mirrors for growth.

You begin to recognise the beliefs, narratives, fears and expectations shaping how you parent.

You learn to trust yourself without needing to have all the answers.

You begin to trust your child's ability to navigate their own journey.

You discover that guiding doesn't have to mean controlling.

You allow yourself to make mistakes, just as you would allow your child to.

You see your child as their own, and not an extension of yourself.

And that your child's struggles, emotions and choices don't always have to become a reflection of you.

You become a parent who feels more at ease with being human, while allowing your child to be human too.

One who can make mistakes, reflect, repair and grow.

And when we begin to understand ourselves differently, we create space to see our children differently too.

Meet Ritika

Hi, I'm Ritika.

A mother of two boys. A human behaviour strategist. A certified life and parenting coach. And someone who's growing through parenting, just like you.

For nearly two decades, my work has centred around understanding people. But somewhere along the way, that curiosity turned inward. And it changed how I understood myself, my relationships, and most importantly, my children.

What clients say

What parents have shared about their experience of being coached.

Ritika embracing a client

Ritika listened well, not just to my words but also my body language. She noticed small details that I did not even notice. Her tone was always objective and compassionate.

Coaching client

Ritika is not judgmental and gave a lot of space for me to speak. She wouldn’t interrupt or impose her views

I felt that I was given the time and space to speak about my feelings and concern. Ritika is trained, and she wouldn’t try to offer “solutions” but instead asked questions to help me take a step back and consider different perspectives.

It was like talking to myself but with more guidance. With Ritika, there was no judgement or bias. It was more of me answering important questions that I never knew should be asked.

Coaching client

I realized going inwards is just as important as what we build outwardly. To be a good parent is also to work on myself.

There was a lot of questions on why I think or feel a certain way. I was given space to question my assumptions, without feeling judged.

Every session ended with a practical action point. Not necessarily a simple one but an important one that will need practice.

Coaching client

Ritika is compassionate and asks the necessary and important questions without making you feel too uncomfortable. You take home practical and actionable advise that will help you not just in your family life.

  • "understanding that my reactions may have a history"
  • "The exercise of understanding how to connect my behavior today to a belief in history and how to become aware of how it is changing my behavior today."
  • "Clarity of my inner child belief and how it affects my decision making"
  • "That I allowed that belief to control my life even if I was aware of it"
  • "It helps to create awareness on why you make certain decisions which may not be rational to others yet you believe is right"
  • "You will find a new secret way to know yourself better"
  • Worth to invest their time to find out of themselves better

My Journey

For 20 years, I decoded human behaviour for brands across the world.

As a Strategy Director at some of the world's leading advertising agencies — Ogilvy, Geometry and VMLY&R — I worked with global brands including Dove, Cif, LEGO, Panadol, Coca-Cola, Bose, Lenovo, Ben & Jerry's, Sunsilk, Pond's, Penfolds and Lipton, among many others.

My work was always about looking beneath the surface. Understanding the human truths that shape how people think, feel and behave. What drives their choices, what influences their decisions, and what triggers their responses.

Working across Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Africa, the United Kingdom, Mexico and Russia gave me the opportunity to understand people across different cultures and contexts.

Over time, I began recognising patterns, connecting the dots, and understanding that beneath our different behaviours often lie deeply human needs, fears, beliefs and emotions.

I spent two decades trying to understand what makes people behave the way they do.

For the past 10 years, I've been decoding my own stories.

Ritika journaling on a balcony

Alongside my professional journey, I was on a deeply personal one.

I began noticing how some of my emotional reactions felt much bigger than the situations themselves. In my relationships with family, with people close to me, and eventually, with my own children.

I became curious.

Why was I reacting this way? Why did certain situations affect me so deeply? What was really happening beneath the surface?

And so, I began turning that same curiosity inward.

Through coaching, therapy, energy healing, family constellations, meditation and spiritual practices, I started exploring the stories I had been carrying for years.

The beliefs I had formed.The needs that had gone unmet.The fears I hadn't recognised.The expectations I didn't even know I was holding.

And slowly, I began to see something that changed everything for me.

Often, what I was reacting to wasn't just what was happening in front of me. It was what that moment was stirring within me.

As my self-awareness deepened, I began noticing changes in how I responded to the people around me.

I could see my patterns more clearly. I could question beliefs I had held for years. I could sit with uncomfortable emotions rather than immediately react to them.

And nowhere was this shift more powerful than in my relationship with my children.

I began to see that some of the moments I found most challenging as a parent were also the moments revealing something about myself.

My fears. My need for control. My expectations. My own unfinished stories.

My children had become my mirror.

And as I began understanding myself differently, I began showing up differently for them.

Not because I had become a perfect parent. Or because the challenges had disappeared.

But because I was beginning to understand what was happening within me, rather than focusing only on what my children were doing.

And that's when I knew I wanted to share this with others.

Ritika in a coaching conversation

I had experienced firsthand how deeply self-awareness could change the relationship we have with ourselves and, in turn, with the people who matter most to us.

I began to believe that so much of the growth we seek is already possible within us. Sometimes, we simply need the space, awareness and courage to look inward.

And I wanted more parents to experience that possibility.

That curiosity and purpose eventually led me to train formally as a Certified Life Coach (accredited by CDF) and Parenting Coach (accredited by ICF), where I learnt how to create a safe, non-judgemental space and guide others through their own process of reflection, discovery and growth.

Today, I bring these two worlds together.

Ritika leaning against a cabinet at home

Two decades of understanding human behaviour across cultures, brands and people.

And a deeply personal journey of understanding myself through relationships, inner work and parenting.

Through Ritika Seeds, I bring both into the conversations I hold with parents.

Not to tell them how to raise their children.

But to help them understand themselves, recognise the patterns they carry, and discover the choices that become possible with greater awareness.

Because I believe parenting isn't just about raising our children. It's also one of the most powerful opportunities we have to grow ourselves.

And I'm on that journey, too.

Ritika talking with her sons

My Own Experience

As a mother of two boys, I've experienced the pressure of wanting to do everything right.

The worry. The responsibility. The feeling that so much depends on us.

But through my own personal growth, something began to change.

I started recognising that my children's journeys weren't extensions of mine.

Their mistakes weren't necessarily my failures.

Their emotions didn't always need to become mine.

And I didn't have to know exactly how everything would turn out.

I could guide them without controlling every step.

I could trust their ability to learn, make mistakes and figure things out.

And I could trust myself to navigate the journey alongside them.

That shift changed how I experience parenting.

Not because every day became easy.

But because I stopped believing I needed to carry the weight of everything.

Work With Me

Different ways to pause, reflect and grow as a person through parenting.

Whether you're navigating a particular challenge, questioning a familiar pattern or simply curious about experiencing parenting differently, there's space to explore.

1:1 Parenting Coaching

A space that's entirely yours.

Sometimes, we know something doesn't feel quite right in our parenting, but we can't always understand why.

Perhaps you find yourself reacting in ways you don't want to.

Perhaps you're struggling to trust your child's growing independence.

Perhaps you're questioning who you are beyond being a parent.

Or perhaps you simply want to experience parenting with less pressure and more confidence.

In our individual coaching conversations, we explore what's happening beneath the surface.

The beliefs you hold. The expectations you carry. The emotions that arise. And the choices that become possible when you begin to see things differently.

My role isn't to tell you how to parent or give you a formula to follow.

It's to create a safe, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where you can pause, reflect and begin to understand yourself better.

Because I believe the answers often lie within us. Sometimes, we just need the space to slow down, listen and discover them for ourselves.

That's the space I hold for you.

A space where you feel heard, where we explore together, and where I guide you through questions and reflections that help you connect the dots and find your own answers.

Because when you begin to understand yourself differently, you open up the possibility of showing up differently, too.

Parenting Reflection Circles

Because sometimes, we grow by recognising ourselves in someone else's story.

Parenting can feel deeply personal, yet so many of our experiences are shared.

The guilt. The worry. The pressure. The feelings we don't always say out loud.

Reflection circles bring parents together in a supportive space to explore these everyday experiences.

Not to compare parenting styles.

Not to judge what anyone is doing right or wrong.

But to pause, reflect, resonate and discover new perspectives.

For
Parents seeking shared reflection and community.
Format
Facilitated group conversations around selected themes.
Potential outcomes

The Parenting Conversations

The parenting conversations that you didn't know you could bring into coaching.

You don't need a parenting crisis to explore what is showing up for you. Sometimes the most ordinary moments bring up the biggest questions. What if these moments weren’t just about your children, but opportunities to understand ourselves better.

Ritika smiling with a notebook

Different ages. Different challenges. But often, the same deeper questions about trust, control, expectations, beliefs and narratives.

These aren't always problems that need fixing.

Sometimes, they're invitations to pause and look a little deeper.

As our children grow, parenting keeps inviting us to grow too.

What to Expect

What Happens in Coaching?

We begin with what matters to you.

Ritika listening during a coaching session

You bring the experiences, questions or challenges you'd like to explore.

I bring curiosity, deep listening and questions that invite you to look beneath the surface.

Together, we might explore what you're feeling, what you're believing, where those beliefs come from and how they influence the way you respond.

There may be moments of realisation.Moments of discomfort.Moments when something you've always believed suddenly looks different. And moments when you discover possibilities you hadn't considered before.

The answers don't have to come from me. We create space for you to discover your own.

This is an illustrative journey, not a rigid four-session programme.

What Coaching Is and Isn't

Coaching is a collaborative process that supports reflection, awareness and intentional choices.

It is not a formula for raising children or a promise that a child's behaviour will change.

It is distinct from therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment and specialist child-development services.

What You Need to Bring

  • Curiosity.
  • Openness to reflection.
  • A willingness to question familiar beliefs.
  • And an understanding that personal growth is not another thing you need to get perfectly right.

Every journey begins with a conversation.

You don't need to have a parenting crisis. You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for.And you certainly don't need to have everything figured out.

Perhaps there's something you've been carrying.

A question you've been sitting with.

A pattern you've begun to notice.

Or simply a curiosity about what parenting might feel like if you saw things differently.

Whatever brings you here, we can begin with a conversation.

Let's explore what matters to you.
